What Finishing My MA Thesis Means?

Completing this MA thesis will be a milestone for me actually finishing a huge project. It reaffirms that I can actually fully succeed at what I want to do despite it seeming impossible. This MA thesis means I get an opportunity to reach out to my target audience and send my message to them through my words. I have a lot to say and it really means a lot to me… all I can say for now 🙂

Remembering to Blog

So usually I'm right on top of any blogging that needs to be done, but this semester is different. Maybe because I'm jumping in to this process officially at the middle of the year, or maybe because there is so much other writing to do...but I can't seem to remember to get this done. And because I'm keeping so many notes on my project, this blog doesn't serve the purpose of keeping me focused like blogs for other classes have. It doesn't strike me as purposeful, I guess. For the first time. Wondering if I should have kept my notes in this blog, but I like them better where I have them.

Anyway...

To update from the last time, I was supposed to revise 5 stories, write 5 stories, and create a book-jacket-type blurb. --All finished, and then some.

All 5 existing drafts got revised into final stories, and then I wrote about 10 drafts. Of those new drafts, about 5 more got revised into final stories. Then, they've all been included into the anchor texts as links.

The book jacket blurb was shared in my last post.

Also, I tried Blogger as a platform for the electronic copy. I will probably use it. Not too sure about the design elements, though, and that's really not my forte.

I decided for the electronic version to have a couple strategic links from some of the stories. Otherwise, only the anchor text links out, which is exactly how I want it. But for the online version, some of the stories will link to websites, not my own, with further information or statistics when relevant.
